Pride Plumbing came out and installed five Safe-T-Cover enclosures on concrete pads and FloLogic automatic water shutoff valves for leak detection. This required us to 1) dig down to the main outside water supply line near each water meter; 2) cut into the water lines and connect and run Schedule 40 PVC pressure piping over to the locations of the concrete pads; 3) connect PEX piping to the PVC piping and stub it up; 4) level the areas and set the concrete pads; 5) connect the smart valves to the PEX piping; 6) install the enclosures onto the concrete pads; and 7) wrap thermal cord around the pipes to provide the heat. We had to use an Hymax Grip coupling on the last valve's water line due to an issue with water flow. Once completed, we filled in any remaining holes we dug and spread grass seed and straw.
