Pride Plumbing was called out for sewage backing up into the home. We were unable to clear the line using a water pressure device, so we dug down outside the home's foundation, exposed the outside main sewer septic drain line, cut into the line, installed a new two-way PVC cleanout with a cap (connecting it to the existing outside main sewer septic drain line with new PVC fittings and a Fernco coupling), and covered the hole after installation. After removal, we found a cap and pine comb lodged in the drain line which had been causing the stoppage.
