Pride Plumbing came out and provided a cost estimate to: 1) pull a toilet; 2) cut and remove the concrete floor around the toilet flange and then dig out the fill dirt to access and expose the cast iron drain piping underneath; 3) cut out and remove the cast iron drain piping and install new PVC piping and fittings, connecting onto the existing cast iron drain piping with new Fernco and no-hub couplings; 4) insert a camera into the drain line to look for any additional issues; 5) test the drain line for leaks and proper drainage; and 6) replace the fill dirt we dug out and then mix concrete and replace the portion of the floor that was removed.
