We performed two cooling maintenances today. Upon arrival both systems were fully operational. I tested all mechanical, safety and performance systems. All electrical components tested in range with no signs of damage. Both return air filters are dirty. Filter size 20x30x1. I cleaned both outdoor coils as they were dirty. Neither system features surge protection or air purification. The downstairs furnace does not have a safety float switch.
