I performed a combo maintenance today, testing all mechanical, safety and performance systems regarding heating and cooling. Upon arrival, the system was fully operational in both heating and cooling mode. -All electrical components tested in range as well as the blower motor fan motor and compressor. -The outdoor coil was dirty, so I cleaned it. -The static pressure (air flow blood pressure) in the furnace was high due to undersized ductwork, and a dirty filter. -I cleaned the return air grill as it had dirt buildup. -Neither unit was equipped with surge protection to prevent electrical damage. There were no other issues. I have sent copies of the reports as well of all the pictures to the provided email address.
