Installed new gas furnace in an auxiliary drain pan with wet switch. Built transition from Furnace to Coil. Installed a new 10x25 Return Drop with a 16x25x1 Air Filter. Capped the Metal Flue at the Chimney Base. Installed new 2" PVC Vent Piping for Intake and Exhaust. Confirmed location of Vent piping with Homeowner. Vent Piping can ran out wall behind Furnace on the side of the Air Conditioner. Installed an Intake Drain Kit. Adapted gas piping to furnace and leak tested fittings. Installed new electrical box with outlet and switch for unit and completed electrical connections. Sealed floor penetration and installed a Condensate Pump with Vinyl Tubing to Indoor Discharge. Wired Pump and wet switch in series to break the 24V Control Circuit. Tested operation and filled out form for new installation, completed invoice summary, took photos of installation, provided homeowner instructions, and cleaned up work area.
