Reviewed water heater installation with Rachel. Theere is currently an 11 year old Rheem electric water heater in the closet next to an 80 furnace that is vented using 5 inch pipe to a shared chimney. Rachel would like to explore tankless gas options for water heating. Space is limited and chimney vent it concern. Unit is top floor so direct vent through roof may be possible option.
