Performed precision a/c tune up on Goodman a/c system. 20x20x1 air filter is clean. Checked all electrical conections and components. Checked temperature split at indoor unit. Found system about 3lbs low on charge. Gave homeowner option to replace the system or charge with refrigerant. Homeowner decided to charge system with 410a. Added 3 lbs to the system. We don’t know how long charge will last. Also fins are smashed on outdoor coil. Also found water heater to be about 13 years old highly recommended replacing water heater due to age provided estimate to replace. Tested outdoor capacitor. Checked temperature split. A/c is working at time of service. Found system about 3lbs low on 410a refrigerant
