I was experiencing a problem with my dual fuel system controlling and engaging the auxiliary heat properly. My system had been newly installed in the summer, so when I brought the heating issue to Dibiase's attention, they promptly dispatched the technician later in the afternoon after calling them to follow up and troubleshoot my issue. My technician, Luis, double checked the wiring components in my system and diagnosed the software and setup issues in the thermostat which corrected the issue. He also promptly took care of some some other concerns I had with the system very satisfactorily and made some helpful suggestions. He also pointed out a minor propane leak he identified while he was working so I could follow up the safety issue with my propane supplier. His service and attention was much appreciated, as was Dibiase's attention to thier service and installation.
