Call for no cooling on upstairs system, thermostat was off n arrival turned on checked filter was good, found that the condenser fan motor was not energizing due to failed dual capacitor, talked with homeowner and he elected to do immediate repair and will consider maintenance down the road. Replaced capacitor and checked operation psi 133/276, SH15, SC12, system is running at this time.
