Upon arrival no AC on main floor system, found broken AC wire in furnace at control board terminals, likely was accidentally broken during service inspection, fixed wire tested system operation’s everything is operating properly at this time.

DCM2 service 2 of 2 AC completed changed (2) 16x25x1 filters, tes System operation’s systems are operating at this, systems are beyond life expectancy at 30 years old, average lifespan is 10-15 years attached is Ac checklist.

Main floor system condenser making a noise, on arrival turned thermostat on and found that Contactor opening and closing, Contactor coil was good 19 OHMs, found that system had a module for fresh air damper wired in and has gone bad causing Contactor to open and close, unwired and checked system and the clicking stopped, checked pressures and it does appear the system is 1 to 2lbs low on charge homeowner wanted to hold off on refrigerant and see how system does.

DCM1 service 1 of 2 Heat completed changed (1) 16x25x1 filter, tested system operation’s, did safety inspection on heat exchanger found unit has cracked heat Exchanger in middle cell under high limit. Unit has the potential to leak carbon monoxide into home, current readings are 0 PPMS. Heat exchanger are under warranty for 20 year. Please send over estimate. Homeowner is going to call to update name in system.

Upon arrival no heat on basement furnace getting code 55 pressure switch open. Blew through inducer hose, system started up as intended afterwords. Cycled system on and off, thermostat raised 5 degrees upon departure. System is operating normally at this time.

Upon arrival no Heat in basement, high voltage was not getting to board, fuse was good, neutral wire in furnace was barely touching, stripped back wire and tightened everything is operating properly at this time.

Upon arrival no Heat no airflow for system, belt is broken on system AX49 belt also broke high limit on system, will need to send over estimate for a high limit 25-65 temp split 165 Max outlet air temperature and AX49 belt. System is not running at this time.

Upon arrival no Heat in classroom, outdoor system is running, extremely high liquid line pressure, indicating a problem with indoor airflow. Indoor blower motor is burnt up and not operating, replaced blower motor, tested system operations, everything is operating properly at this time.
