DCM1 complete; Heat; (1) F20251 replaced. System is fully functional. All components are operating within manufacturer specifications. Gas pressure and heat rise are within design parameters. Heat checklist attached.
DCM1 service 1 of 2 AC completed changed (1) 20x25x1 filter, tested system operations, indoor blower motor capacitor is out of range 10MFD reading 8.1MFD, failure of part would result in no airflow. Everything is operating properly at this time attached is AC maintenance cheklist.
