Call for system not working and giving codes, found that codes given was locked out due to low ambient temperature indoor and out door it is not recommended to run system below 70, checked operation in technician access, in heat and cool modes, found filter dirty with construction dust as there was someone on location remodeling home, there was a filter on site to replace, checked operation again in cool mode system appears to be running normally for conditions at this time pictures attached.
DCM1 service 1 of 2 Heat completed changed (1) 16x20x1 filter, tested system operation’s everything is operating properly at this time attached is Heat maintenance checklist.
