1 Gas Hot Water Boiler: Oil boiler w/ x2 Air handler units with Hydro coils & Heat pump condensers. Did not service oil side of boiler. Cleaning was only conducted on x2 Heat Pump system. Perform a tune-up and cleaning to help ensure reliable and safe operation. Perform maintenance on x2 air handlers with Hydro coils w/ x2 Heat pump condensers Check fan blower motor-ok Check electrical wiring and components-ok Check air filter replace 16x20x1 & 14x30x1 filter provided by customer. Check water circulation on the hydro coil-ok only for 1st floor unit, getting hot Cleaned jacket-ok Check and run Thermostats-ok, Run and monitor both systems and left operating well at this moment. Need to bypassed zone control to run hydro zone on 1st floor system. System operates with heat pump condenser, thermostat is configured to have Auxiliary heat run when outdoor temperature reaches 35 degrees. 1st floor condenser pressure were on the lower side. Explained to customer about adding refrigerant charge
