View visual findings from this job here - https://visionshare.xoi.io/?id=XA-90AE-2797615FA1574122B8A9BA7AFE2C70A2 Customer has no heat and no hot water: * At arrival, I found all circulator pumps on and running at the boiler * The boiler itself is off and not running * After further inspection found that the pilot light was out on the boiler * Tried multiple times to reload pilot light, but it will not stay lit- Bad thermal couple * Spoke with customer who is in Mexico she approved all charges for the repairs today * Shut power to the boiler * Shot pilot off at gas valve * Remove existing thermocouple from pilot assembly, and gas valve * Installed and secured brand new thermal couple in pilot assembly, and gas valve- Check for leaks- none * Relight pilot- Stays lit first try * Turn gas valve back on and return power to boiler * System fires up and is on and running- Normal operations * All five circulator pumps on the boiler are on and running- Found that one of the recently replace
