Today I arrived on site Issue: Boiler not working in the heating system zone. Diagnosis: Found the boiler unit was off due to the pilot light being out. The client directed me to the boiler room. I found the boiler unit turned off from the power switch. I proceeded to verify the unit. I found that the thermocouple is not working. I showed her and explained to the client that it is necessary to replace the thermocouple so that the boiler can operate normally again. I presented an estimate to the client. The client accepted the proposal. I proceeded to remove the defective thermocouple. I proceeded to install the new thermocouple. I concluded with the repair of the system.
