Upon arrival inspected 2nd floor Luxaire Furnace. Furnace was displaying error code of 3 flashes. Vent, intake or termination problem. Remove and inspected Intake and Exhaust pipe for blockage. No blockage, pipes are clear @ equipment. Intake- Exhaust pipe termination runs to the roof. Remove pressure switch tubing and check pressure switch. Remove condensation tubing and blew out tubing. Water build up @ inducer motor from exhaust condensation. Blew out line and re-installed hose connection. Power system once more, system is on/running. Normal flash @ control board. No more error code. Ran and monitored system operation. Cycle system on/off multiple times. Check temperature rise @ multiple grilles. Temp range from 100-123F degrees.
