View visual findings from this job here - https://visionshare.xoi.io/?id=XA-A243-96AC497DF6EC43F99F6E87A837050BC7 Customer has a error code of the second floor radiant heat thermostat and does not believe it is working: * at arrival found thermostat off * call for heating- immediately there is a error on the thermostat- the error is showing high temperature floor sensor * with the error the call for heating is not going to boiler * reset the error message on the thermostat but it comes right back * place system into test mode to identify radiant heat zone on boiler and circulator pump * once confirmed try to clear error but will not clear * Found radiant heat sensor and manifold - found that the radiant heat sensor was not inside the drilled hole in the floor slab and was very close to the radiant heat supply tubing * correct positioning of sensor and place inside drilled hole in slab * reset error and message immediately cleared * cycle system on and off- normal operations * left sy
