Arrived to the building and began the seasonal cooling maintenance. RAHU1 found that the evaporator coil was dirty and was needing to be clean and we did so. Changed the provided filters. Also found that the drain was clogged up and we cleared and removed debris. Found that one of the outdoor condenser fan is starting to lockup and will need to be replaced. Checked system pressures on both circuits of compressors, circuits A was 136/495 with an outdoor temp of 78 and an indoor temp of 72 and circuit B was 129/345 with and indoor temp of 72. Circuit A was so high be cause of faulty condenser fan. Took an amp draw off both condenser fans of 3.5 and .6. Will need to order replacement outdoor fan. Will need to look at changing systems RAHU2 AND RAHU1 filters sooner due to the application they are used for. RAHU2 Found the evaporator coil was dirty and preformed a chemical on the coil. Removed debris from blower wheel. Changed provided filters. Took an amp draw off outdoor fan of .7 and

I found the system locked out on head pressure. I found the 2-18x24x2 and 2-24x24x2 filters very dirty. The evaporator coil is dirty. Need to replace the filters ASAP and clean the coil. The refrigerant pressures are off due to restricted airflow. Circuit 1 (425/125) Circuit 2 (390/127). The compressor amps are 24 on compressor 1 and 18.41 on compressor 2. The condenser fan amps are 4.8/5.1. The blower amps are 11.84. The system is working properly at this time but the filters need replaced and the customer evaporator coil needs cleaned. I quoted a coil cleaning. I ordered and picked up new filters. I replaced the filters.

Arrived for a water leak on basement furnace. Upon inspection found the furnace drain tube had came loose from the furnace trap and was draining onto the floor. Unsure of how it has came apart. Confirmed drain was clear and reattached the drain to the trap. Shop vacuumed water from the floor. Furnace is now draining properly. No additional charge per Lizzie.

Upon arrival checked ac and had system running so we could make sure no issues with system. pulled unit out for spartan to clean under. Had to remove duct work, furnace, all electrical and condensation pump along with gas line. Had to replace high voltage light switch. Once spartan was done we put everything back together made sure wires where tight, made sure there where no issues and had system running. No water leaks or anything. System is running good at this time.
