All wiring is tight and in good condition. The system is clean. No refrigerant leaks found at this time. The refrigerant pressures are in correct range per manufacturer specifications. All motor amps are in correct range per manufacturer specifications. I completed our check sheet for the system. The system is working properly at this time. The customer signed up for our club membership.
During my inspection today, I found a few things I wanted to bring to the customers attention. The first issue being is that there was no water safety on the system. I gave the customer the option for an EZ trap. The customer did decline that today. I also found that the amp draw for the blower motor was quite a bit higher than it was last time we were here. The motor is new, but I found that the return vent down in the basement is being blocked by a shelf/cabinet. This is causing the blower motor to operate harder to push more airflow through the unit. Making the blower motor amps go higher. The customer has already replaced the motor once. I informed him that if he does not get this issue resolved quickly that there is a chance that he could be replacing the motor again. I talked to the customer about the services we provide that are not readily known to our customers. Including a water heater flush, dryer vent inspection, duct cleaning. The customer was not interested in any of the
Perform heating inspection on two gas furnaces. Check blower motors and evaporator coil found them to be dirty recommend them to be clean for membership. Perform Leak search on both coils no leaks at this time. Check blower amp draw me manufacturer set points. Check flame sensor on both systems clean both of them per maintenance. Check gas pressure on both systems found to be at 3.5 WC. Check both heat exchangers for startup did not find any holes or cracks on them. At this time both systems to be in working condition. Leaving estimate for systems to be set up for maintenance inspection membership, and for duct cleaning for both systems to be done. Will follow up with customer on Monday
Upon arrival spoke with customer. Went to stat and we spoke about the system. Stat is working properly. Went to indoor unit in basement where filter was. Explained a little about the system to the customer and showed her how to clean drain line. Indoor unit is level. Indoor coil is clean and no leaks. Blower is clean. Wires are all tight. Indoor unit is working properly. Went outside, unit is level. Coil is clean. Contacter and capacitor checked within specs. Fan and compressor are within manufacture range. Refrigerant levels are within specifications. Disconnect wires are tight. System is working properly for customer, went over options for customer to help the customer and their system. Customer declined at this time and we spoke about the system and explained she could sign up at any time.
Arrived at customers residence and customer greeted me at the door and stated that he was going to have to reschedule his appointment today due to taking his wife to the doctor in Woodbridge.

HP Inspected high and low-voltage wiring, all electrical wiring is intact and tight at this time. Inspected 0FM, motor is spinning freely and operating properly at this time. Upon inspection found failed transformer, failed blower motor and control board. This system is not operational.
Removed failing OFM . Removed failed dual run capacitor. Installed new OFM Installed new dual run capacitor 45/5 Cycled system for proper operation System is operating properly at this time.
