All wiring is tight and good condition. The coils are clean. I rinsed the condenser coil. The batteries were bad in the remote. The batteries were replaced. Tested operation. The remote is working in all functions. The system is working properly in cooling and heating. The customer is considering having the heat pump in the main house be inspected. I prepared options and an updated maintenance program for two systems. She’s going to review it but declined at this time.

upon arrival customer stated to me that every time the system cuts on the next day, they have to reset the circuit breaker, because the system won’t work. I then went through the entire system and found that the system was giving off a error code of E7 which was DC fan motor fault I then made my way to the outdoor unit and found with the help of Ryan that the fan motor was not giving the proper ohms per manufacturer specifications. We came to the conclusion that the system has a bad condenser fan motor. I was unable to check anything else out on the system because it is non-operational , all coils looked clean at this time. Still need to clean filters when we come back. Customer is unsure if they wanna go with repairs or replacement. I have Adam coming out to him tomorrow to talk to them about replacement. Customer also stated that this is not the only problem they have had with this system. I told them that there could be a problem with other components on the system that will occur
