Hassan has been here several times to do our spring and fall scheduled maintenance. He does a great job, is very informative and it’s nice to have the the same person back each time. Loving Air always notifies me when the tech is on the way, including a picture of the technician.

Upon arrival customers showed location of thermostat and indoor unit. Found the filter clean at this time inspected blower motor which was clean free of debris at this time. Tested emergency heat which was amping correctly at this time. Found the coil clean free of debris no leaks at this time. Drain pan and drain were clean and clear of debris. When inspecting outdoor unit noticed dryer was not connected to vent and in dumping lent in crawlspace. Found the outdoor coil clean free of debris. Inspected charge on system which was in the correct range I per Manufacture. Inspected capacitor which was also in the correct range. Provided customers with some options at this time customer declined returned system back to normal operations.
I arrived to the customers home and greeted him at the front door. Spoke with a customer about how the system has been performing if you have any questions or concerns for me at this time. Completed the maintenance went over all concerns addressed during service with customer. Gave customer some options on defrost components that have failed inspection. Customer decided to move forward with repairs. Ordered parts with manufacturer and returned system to service 10/19/23 Arrived to the customer home and greeted them at the door. Explained the repair that was being made today. Went to the heat pump and removed failed sensor and board. Installed new sensor and board and confirmed system operational at this time. Pulled fan lead to allow outdoor to freeze coil confirming sensor operating within specs. Once had a closed sensor applied to defrost control board sent equipment into a defrost cycle confirming its operating within specs at this time. Collected payment for customer in full and
All wiring is tight and in good condition. The system is clean. The drain is clear. The filter is clean. The refrigerant pressures are in correct range per manufacturer specifications. All motor amps are in correct range per manufacturer specifications. I completed our check sheet and emailed it to the customer. The system is working properly at this time. The customer signed up for our club membership.
Preformed heating maintenance on heat pump system. Checked electric heat strips and found working within manufacturer specs 43.1 Confirmed halo uv light is working properly. Confirmed all high and low voltage is good and tight. Checked blower wheel and found clean and balanced. Took amp draw on the blower and found within specs1.07 Confirmed evaporator coil is clean and free of any debris at this time. All duct work is connected and nothing loose under the house. Checked refrigerant level and found within manufacturer specs using curve chart 120/380 Took amp draw on the compressor and found within specs 10.09 Took amp draw on condenser fan motor and found within spec .65 and motor shows no signs of leaking oil from the motor. Checked duel capacitor and found both signs reading within recommended range herm 44.9 fan 7.6 . Contactor shows signs of pitted points gave estimate for replacement. Put system into a defrost cycle and found operating properly at this time. Returned system to se
Upon arrival filter is clear. Turned stat on heat to start, went to crawl. Coil is clean and got no hits on leak detector. Cleaned drain line, non safety. Brushed blower clear. Wires are tight and blower amped at 1.3amps. Capacitor checked out good for blower. Air handler is level. Went outside and cleaned coil. Contacter is showing small pitting need to keep an eye on it. Capacitor checked out within range. Fan amped at 1.2amps. Compressor amped at 5.4amps. Refrigerant levels where 110/367 and 54° outside. It is within manufacturing specs. Compressor megohmed green. Let system run awhile and switched system into ac. Let system run for 15 mins, found no issues with motors, reversing valve, txv or any other issues when switched. Pressure switches stayed normal. Switched back and let it run awhile longer and spoke to the customer about the defrost cycle. System is working good at this time of service. Explained to customer due to age anything can happen with the system.
Upon arrival filters getting changed. Started system, went to crawl. Blower and coil clean. No leaks on coil. Wires all tight, heat strips amped good. Cleaned drain line. Indoor unit is working good. Went outside, cleaned coil. Wires all tight. Contacter and capacitor checked out good. Fan and compressor amped at 8.1amps. Refrigerant levels within specs. System is running good at this time of service.
Cooling inspection AHU Inspected high and low voltage wiring, all electrical wiring is intact and tight at this time. Inspected evaporator coil , coil is clean and free of debris at this time. inspected blower motor, housing and wheel, all is clean and working properly at this time Motor is spinning freely at this time Inspected cabinet for cleanliness, cabinet is clean at this time. Clear drain line, drain is clean at this time. Inspected air filter (1) 20 x 25 x 1 filter is clean at this time. HP Inspected high and low-voltage wiring, all electrical wiring is intact and tight at this time. Inspected 0FM, motor is spinning freely and operating properly at this time. Inspected run capacitor 45/7.5 -/+6%, capacitor is working within range at this time. Inspected defrost mode, defrost is working properly at this time. Inspected condenser coil, condenser coil is clean and free of debris at this time Inspected compressor, compressor is working properly at this time. Checked Refri
Upon arrival cut hole for halo and adjusted for tonnage. Put in halo and wired it up with transformer. Made sure everything was clean and tight. Showed customer how it works and customer is very happy at this time.
Heating inspection AHU Inspected high and low voltage wiring, all electrical wiring is intact and tight at this time. Inspected heat strips, heat strips are pulling 19 amps at this time. Inspected blower motor, housing and wheel. Motor is spinning freely at this time. housing and wheel are clean at this time. Inspected cabinet for cleanness, cabinet is clean at this time. Cleared drain line, drain is clean at this time. Inspected air filter (1) 20X25X1 filter is clean at this time. H/P Inspected high and low voltage wiring, all electrical wiring is intact and tight at this time. Inspected OFM, motor is spinning freely and operating properly at this time. Inspected run capacitor 45/7.5 -/+6% , capacitor is working within range at this time. Inspected defrost mode, defrost is working properly at this time. Inspected compressor, compressor is working properly at this time. Checked refrigerant pressures and temperatures 386/120 and 157/91 Cycled system on heating mode for proper o
