Upon arrival found stat not giving call for outdoor unit to come on. Blower was dirty, coil is rusted but found no leaks. System is a straight ac with electrical heat. When jumped there is a break in the stat wire to the outdoor unit, found contacter burnt up on outdoor unit and no caps on outdoor unit. Standing pressure is 90 psi. Explained all the issues to the customer and they have home warranty and will be having them come out and check the system.
