All wiring is tight and in good condition. The coils are clean. I completed a complimentary refrigerant leak search on the systems. No leaks found at this time. The emergency heat amps are in correct range per manufacturer specifications. The furnace is working properly and in good condition. The refrigerant pressures are in correct range per manufacturer specifications. The systems are working properly at this time. I completed our check sheets and emailed them to the customer. The customer declined options at this time.
Upon arrival customer stated how system had fault on the thermostat. When looking at the blower motor found it clean free of debris . Inspected the coil found it clean and free of debris. Inspected drain which was clear and free of debris. When looking at the outdoor unit found the coil with debris build up. When checking operations of the system power was coming to the unit but the fan was non responsive. Provided customer with options to address the issue customer approved for repairs to warranty. Upon arrival greeted customer then began to replace the condenser motor. Once motor was removed placed new warranty motor in place and watched its operation. Fan and compressor amps are within correct range per manufacture specifications. When over looking charge found the suction side dropping being the txv for the indoor has failed. Only able to notice once the system was operating with the new fan in. Provided customer with options to address the issues.
