Recent techs were very professional and took the time to correct the problem. My issue is that out of the five units that I have, this is the only one that uses a pump to extract the water at a considerable distance and when it gets air in the lines, the noise that it makes is unbearable and we have to leave the bedroom. This is the only unit that you have serviced several times and it still continues.

Checked condensate drain. Found reservoir not locked into place causing poor pitch to siphon of pump. Tested pump full load of water 5 times. No excess noise. Watched and let it cycle itself multiple times for 20 minutes, no noise. Checked previous notes from tech support. All installed properly. Cleaned indoor heat transfer coil to allow cleaning of pump.
Noise from pump, working normal on arrival, test with water, no noise, installed replacement and test with water.
As per factory representative, installed larger discharge line on the outside of the building, let Pump cycle several times.
Put replacement check valve on Pump discharge, test with water.
Noise from pump, siphon noise from the discharge line.
Noise from the condensate removal system, installed replacement pump and test ran.
