I called Westin to have a routine maintenance on my furnace. They scheduled a call quickly, I didn't have to wait very long during my service window timeframe and the associate that came was very friendly. I feel as though they weren't trying to sell me up on products and truly gave me the honest update on my furnace. I was impressed with my first visit with them.

Water furnace premiere 2 Initial inspection of the full system discovered that the ecobee thermostat does not have any control or sensors or attached accessories regarding any humidity control in the home. The onboard ecobee sensor is sensing the local humidity and sending self-generated warnings to the homeowner through the thermostat display. Test run of the open loop geothermal shows the mechanicals of the package equipment and ecobee controls are running in normal condition however there is a water flow LED indicator light flashing indicating recent issues in the past. During test running of the equipment the well pump pressure dropped to the 20 psi range during operation of the geothermal with one bathroom sink on. Equipment did return to almost 70 PSI with everything off but again dropped to 30 PSI with the geothermal running.
