Upon arrival inspected air conditioner and unit running on 16psi on suction and 0psi on liquid unit has had a complete loss of refrigerant. Entailed Leak search required although full replacement is recommended due to age of indoor coil and the outdoor unit was operating with only air in system. Coil is 14”
