2021 Bryant AC is running in good condition. 20x25x4 air filter in good condition. Visual inspection of indoor coil. Flush drain pan and drain lines. Run test unit in cooling mode from thermostat. System was low on refrigerant at start of service with a Subcool of 0.7F, when data sheet calls for 10F SC +/-3F. Water flushed outdoor coils to ensure dirty coil was not affecting subcool readings. Due to unit being installed fairly recently, I suspect that system was undercharged from install. Due to not having any service history of the unit, we can not say for certain that there is no leaks. Charged unit with 17oz of R-410A to bring subcool withn the 7-13F range. Current refrigerant pressures are within spec. High 280psi with 11F SC, low 120psi with 8F SH. 45/5 dual run capacitor is reading within spec. Outdoor fan motor and compressor are operating within Amp draw specifications. System is operating properly, efficiently and ready for Summer.
