2023 Carrier AC running in great condition. 20x25x4 air filter in good condition. Visual inspection of indoor coil. Flush drain pan and drain lines. Humidifier damper is closed. Run test unit in cooling mode from thermostat. Delta t of 22F with supply temp of 50F. Refrigerant pressures are within spec. High 320psi with 11F SC, low 120psi with 10F SH. Outdoor coils are in clean condition. Outdoor fan motor and compressor are operating within specs. System is operating properly, efficiently and ready for Summer. Inspection on basement fan was inconclusive as fan started operating after being removed and inspected, then reinstalled.
