2016 Carrier AC running in good condition. 20x25x1 air filter in decent condition. Check again soon. Visual inspection of indoor coil. Flush drain pan and drain lines. Humidifier damper is closed. Run test unit in cooling mode. Delta t of 19F with supply temp of 49F. Refrigerant pressures are within spec. High 275psi with 14F SC, low 115psi with 8F SH. Outdoor coils flushed with water to remove dirt and debris. Outdoor fan motor and compressor are operating within specs. System is operating properly, efficiently and ready for Summer.
