Performed cooling maintenance on a Carrier AC system Washed aprilaire dehumidifier filter Humidifier shut down for summer Replaced 20x25x4 filter Left an additional filter per customer request at additional charge Blower is clean Drains are clear No concerns found on indoor portion of the system Tore down and washed outdoor unit **UNIT IS NOT PROPERLY GROUNDED** Builder needs to send their electrician out to correct this. Refrigerant charge is good Please pay balance for the extra filter. Thank you!
