Found system running thermostat was set to 75 degrees and was at 83 degrees inside temperature. Homeowner showed me were he was getting water at and had already dried up water prior to my arrival. Went over System and found system was low on charge. Only the air handler was replaced ( not the heatpump or lineset). Recommend to homeowner to add refrigerant and leak dye to get the system working for now. Then return and try to locate leak dye in about 30 days. Or replace the outdoor heat pump to match the indoor and replace the lineset. Homeowner want to check for the leak dye fist before making a desicion.
