DCM2 service 1 of 2 AC completed changed (1) 16x20x1 filter, washed (1) mini split filter, tested system operation found mini split empty of all refrigerant, did complementary leak search and found leak at liquid line fitting, repairs and tightened connection to ensure no leak is present. Added (2) pounds of 410A to system unit now operating properly at this time. Main Goodman package unit is operating properly at this time, compressor capacitor is weak 40MFD reading 34.7. Unit is operating however as capacitor gets weaker the potential for part failure is increased. Ductwork in crawlspace needs attention, many connections are not sealed properly resulting in airflow to be released into crawlspace, there is a major break closer to the package unit, where ductwork enters crawlspace. Recommend sealing of all connections and re insulation of wet ductwork.
