Work completed RTU #1 : fully operational RTU #4 : took the phase control monitor from RTU #3 and installed on RTU #4, system is fully operational RTU #6 : Let system run for 2 hours, identified no leaks. Flushed drain pan and “ P-trap” and primed drain. System is draining RTU #2 : Replaced compressor, filter dryer and 30 amp fuse. Added 2oz of acid away, Conducted pressure test as well as vacuum to remove all moisture from system. Added 13 lbs of R410. Tested system. The system itself is fully functional. Amp draw across compressor as well as refrigerant temperatures and pressures were a within design parameters. Smoke sensor on unit is open causing system not to run. Need to investigate that sensor RTU # 3 : needs the phase Control monitor we ordered for RTU #4 in addition to the already known faults RTU #5 : Unable to investigate to determine the refrigerant leak location
