Customer PO-863003542B Upon arrival no Heat in office flame would ignite and after 2 seconds would shut its self off, unit has dirty flame sensor, cleaned flame sensor and found unit had low voltage wires exposed in cabinet, cleaned up low voltage system is operating properly at this time.
