System is operating 15-20* below normal operating temperature causing system to go in to defrost more frequently, reducing capacity and once outdoor temps get so low it’s causing the system to lockout on low pressure. Supplemental heat is operating at a higher rate than designed causing high energy bills. System requires dampers and duct modification to properly balance the home.
