At zone board on damper getting 27V on Zone 1 Power open to common, (normal operation). At zone board on equipment side E1,E2 to common getting fluctuating voltage 1-4V. R-C 27V at zone board. Started up in Charge mode test, zone damper test, was unable to replicate code.
