Return to install / replace ignition recall for Triangle Tube high efficiency gas water boiler : * shut power to boiler * shut gas to boiler * removed boiler cover door * disconnected and removed existing igniter from boiler * Disconnected gas from blower * disconnected and removed blower from boiler cabinet * disconnected and removed top of heat exchanger / burner head * disconnected and removed old gaskets from boiler * cleaned out heat exchanger * installed new gasket for top of heat exchanger/ burner head * install top of heat exchanger / burner head and secure back in place * install blower motor back and secure in place * connect gas back to blower and secure in place * install new igniter / gasket / hardware * install new ignition transformer * removed existing control board and wiring * installed and wire in brand new control board * wire in new control board and all components * install new carbon monoxide detector on top of boiler and wire in and install all electrical for n
