Preform maintenance on (3) zoned Trane hydro air handlers w/ (1) Aprilaire bypass humidifier and oil boiler: HYDRO AIR HANDLERS: - replaced and dated Aprilaire 210 air filters (3) - Open blower and evaporator coil cabinets doors - Chemically sprayed and rinsed evaporator coils clean and clear - Chemically sprayed and polished primary pans clean and clear - Chemically treated primary pans and added condensate tablets - Flushed and tested all drainage with HOT fresh water- normal operations and no leaks - Flushed and tested condensate pump and discharge line- okay - Polished and wipe down inside of air handler cabinets - Cleaned and inspected hydro coils and piping - Inspected blower motors/ wheels/ assembly’s and polished clean - Tested thermostats/ zoning panels and dampers- call for heating and test operations - All hydro coils HOT and blower motors on and running- monitor operations- normal BYPASD HUMIDIFIER: - open bypass damper - Removed old humidifier water panel from cartr
