She stated that she never had this issue until the tank was replaced Had the customer flushed the toilet in the home so I can hear the banging- Take recordings of bang. It sounds like water hitting a check valve. When the water is closed to the indirect tank, it is also closed to a half inch supply that we are unsure where it feeds. When the valve is closed to the indirect tank and the toilet is flushed, there is no bang The customer wants to upgrade the expansion tank to a st-12.
