Inspect for cracks & deterioration of Heat Exchanger Check and clean Burners tubes and heat exchanger- ok, vacuumed-ok Check ignition Assembly-ok Check Safety Controls-ok Check electrical wiring and components-ok Check Gas valve & Gas Line-ok Check Combustion Air & Exhaust-ok Check Temperatures & Water pressure settings; 0psi Performance-ok Check and run Thermostats- operating well at this time. Check autowater feeder, automatic low water cut off, Flush boiler multiple times.Check for water leak. Boiler drain valve is dripping. I was able to cap drain. Made customer aware that if boiler drain continues to leak we would be fore to replace drain valve. Ran and monitored for good operations. All zones are fine supply and return lines getting hot.
