At arrival of the thermostat is set for 68 but indoor temperature is 65 - Check airflow to the first floor vents- very weak Shut the system down at the thermostat check air filter- completely plugged replaced air filter with new on site provided by customer inspected the furnace / blower motor / wheel and assembly- all components covered in construction dust and debris Maintenance is highly recommended on the furnace The customer has a fan driven humidifier on the supply ductwork- The humidifier is shot at the water feed and unplugged Remove the humidifier to inspect the supply ductwork inside- Found out the dampers leading to the first floor are closed- Take picture Op
