Today I arrived on site to address the issue of the master bathroom radiator overheating. Radiator Issue:Identified the master bathroom thermostat as the cause. Found the thermostat setting at 90°F. Reset the thermostat to a more appropriate 68°F. Confirmed the issue is resolved. Upon arriving at the property, the client mentioned that the radiator in the master bathroom is overheating. I proceeded to check the radiator of the master bathroom. I found the tstat setup to 90F which is causing the radiator to overheat. I showed her and explained to the client that the tstat should be set up to 67-72 the most. I explained to the client how to manipulate the tstat of this area. The client understood the situation. I proceeded to check and monitor the heating system for proper functioning. The system is operating correctly at this time. There were no failures or malfunctions on this occasion the client was left with DHW and Heat operating correctly on this occasion. Note: I remind
