Preform maintenance on common areas for buildings 790-740: * Replaced and dated all air filters * washed and cleaned all air filters that are not replaceable * chemically treated primary pans and added condensate tablets * chemically sprayed, brushed and rinsed evaporator coils, clean, and clear * Flushed and tested all drain drainage with hot water- Tested internal condensate pumps / ductless condensate pumps and discharge lines to insure normal operations and no leaks * set all thermostats to heating at 65 degrees as per Noel * run And test all systems checking indoor airflow and temperature splits-ok * Check outdoor condensing units and electrical wiring and components- okay Perform maintenance on pool house gym unit: * shut power to equipment * opened furnace and blower cabinet doors * disconnected electrical from flame sensor and removed: cleaned with copper bristle brush and polished with steel wool * inspected hot igniter- okay * removed condensate trap from furnace * flushed
