Customer has no heat but does have hot water- she stated will shut down the heat: * at arrival check thermostat- calling for heat * check boiler * temp: 180. / pressure : 0.0 psi * water feed to boiler closed * shut power to system * open water feed to boiler and monitor operations- boiler feeds 15+ minutes filling home * system fill and feeder stops - normal operations * go to every radiator in the home and purge until only water is coming out * rad to raise pressure in system to purge air from third floor radiators * once system is filled and pressure is confirmed return power to boiler * system is calling for heat and boiler fires- normal operations * monitor flames and gas valve operations and found all to be normal * inspected flue piping to chimney breach- okay * test and monitor system operations * walk entire home multiple times checking each and every radiator to make sure none are air bound and all are heating properly * confirm circulator pumps are operating properly and su
