Customer has no heat in home: * at arrival confirm that thermostat is calling for heating indoor temp 61 and set for 74 * check boiler in basement * confirm that the circulator pump is not running and the pilot light is out on the boiler * After further diagnostic found that the boiler was not receiving a call from the thermostat * When the thermostat was bypassed and jumped out, the vent damper opens, and the circulator pump turns on, but the boiler remains off due to the pilot light being out * Also, while visually inspecting the boiler, noticed that the expansion tank seemed full of water- We brought it to the customers attention that after the thermostat and the thermocouple replacement it is possible that the boiler may leak water onto the floor and expansion tank replacement is needed * She approved the thermostat and the thermocouple replacement on her system * Removed existing thermocouple from boiler And disconnected from gas valve and pilot assembly * Perform full maintenanc
