View visual findings from this job here - https://visionshare.xoi.io/?id=XA-90AE-4B55AC99465549528368990D408D10AD Preform maintenance on Burnham K2 high-efficiency water boiler with two Trane Hydro air handlers and two Fan driven humidifiers: GAS WATER BOILER: System on standby at arrival- shut power to system and removed boiler cover door and open access panel behind electrical removed flame rod and spark igniter Cleaned both components with copper bristle brush, and polished clean with steel wool Reinstalled and secured both components back in place Vacuum and dusted out inside of boiler cabinet and components inspected PVC venting off of Boiler- ok Secured and inspected all electrical wiring, and components and inspect inspected interior of boiler for any leaks or corrosion- none Remove the bottom of condensate trap, emptying all dirty water- rinsed all clean and clear Perform perform full maintenance on neutralizer condensate pump: Dump all minerals and all dirty water- Chemicall
