View visual findings from this job here - https://visionshare.xoi.io/?id=XA-A243-7081DB26AC23406CAD4A55BA333452EA Customer has no heat from the radiator behind the couch in the office on the first floor: * At arrival confirmed that the thermostat is indeed calling for heating * Confirm that the Argo panel is sending 120 V to both circulator pumps for the wife and husband’s office * Confirm that both circulator pumps are on and running and supply and return piping are all heating properly * Confirm that the radiator is cold * Confirm that the radiator is not air bound * Go into extremely tight crawlspace underneath the customer’s office- Located the piping leading to the radiator and followed it back to the boilers * Found that the piping for the radiator does not go to either of the circulator pumps that are on it running for the office That is connected to the boiler on the left side * These pipes go to a takeoff circulator pump that is connected to the boiler on the right side *
