Upon arrival Spoke with customer via phone. While on site informed customer that thermostat was on setting for cooling. Switch thermostat from cooling to Heating and proceed to boiler room to inspect boiler. Boiler is on/running same as 1st floor Air Handler. Check voltage to be correct @ taco zone panel when zone is calling. Check flow @ Hydro Air Handler both supply and return lines are piping hot. Check filter @ return… Customer states she will replace filter on her own. Filter condition was fair. Cycle boiler on/off(Normal operation) System is operating properly @ this time.
