Maintenance on (4) Gas fired furnaces / (1) bypass humidifier / (1) Navien water heater: Replaced and dated (2) 16x25x1, 16x20x1, 10x20x1, and Aprilaire 35 humidifier water panel NAVIEN WATER HEATER: Immediately noticed that the neutralizer pump pan was holding water and pump not working- extremely dirty and in need of maintenance - dumped all water from pump pan and neutralizer pump and minerals - Chemically sprayed, brushed and rinsed pump clean and clear - Installed brand new neutralizer minerals - Reconnected all drainage to neutralizer pump and prime with fresh water - Tested neutralizer pump and discharge line (5) with fresh hot water- normal operations Shut down the Navien water heater - open boiler cabinet doors - Removed flame rod and spark igniter- cleaned with copper bristle brush and polished with steel wool - Removed fresh air intake screen, cleaned and reinstalled - Removed strainer on cold water inlet and washed clean - Secured and inspected all electrical wiri
